WHAT IS INSTRUMENTS IN YOUR ATTIC
It is a voluntary drive asking residents throughout Aiken County to donate used musical instruments of ANY kind.  The instruments donated to APAG are given to a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization and any value, as determined by the giver, may be tax dedcutible.

WHY SHOULD YOU DONATE?
There are many deserving young people, both in the public schools of Aiken County and of USC-A, who cannot afford to own a musical instrument.  There are no funds in the public schools or USC-A to fulfill this need.  This is the perfect opportunity to help students in need and receive a certificate of value to be used to receive a deduction for the contribution.

WHEN ARE COLLECTIONS MADE?
The 2010 Instruments in Your Attic will take place in the fall of 2010.

WHERE TO DONATE
The branches of Security Federal Bank throughout Aiken County will be the receiving stations for donated instruments.  Donors will be given a receipt for the instrument.  The statement of value will follow.

If you have questions about where to deliver instruments or the tax-deductable status of the gift, please call the APAG office at 803.643.4774.  You can download a doantion brochure below.

If you are interested in donating or want to talk about the benefits of Donating an Instrument, send us an e-mail at AikenPAG@gforcecable.com with your name, address, e-mail, daytime
telephone and type of instrument you wish to donate.  Someone from APAG will contact you.
